EU heads of state and government, party leaders, opposition leaders of the European People’s Party (EPP) and the Presidents of the European Council, the European Commission and the European Parliament – Donald TUSK, Jean-Claude JUNCKER and Antonio TAJANI – will participate at the upcoming EPP Summit, to take place in Brussels on 14 December. On the agenda will be the preparation for the European Council meeting on the 14 and 15 December.
EPP President Joseph DAUL will host the Summit. The Chairman of the EPP Group in the European Parliament, Manfred WEBER, EPP Secretary General Antonio LÓPEZ-ISTÚRIZ and the members of the EPP Presidency will participate.
Angela MERKEL (Germany), Nicos ANASTASIADES (Cyprus), Boyko BORISSOV (Bulgaria), Viktor ORBÁN (Hungary), Andrej PLENKOVIĆ (Croatia) and Leo VARADKAR (Ireland) will participate at the Summit.
Deputy Prime Ministers Pavel BĚLOBRÁDEK (Czech Republic) and Kris PEETERS (Belgium), Minister of Foreign Affairs Angelino ALFANO (Italy) and Minister of Justice Søren PAPE POULSEN (Denmark) will be present.
Party leaders Béla BUGÁR (Slovakia), Sybrand BUMA (The Netherlands) and Helir-Valdor SEEDER (Estonia), opposition leaders Silvio BERLUSCONI (Italy), Janez JANŠA (Slovenia), Adrian DELIA(Malta), Kyriakos Mitsotakis (Greece) and Laurent WAUQUIEZ (France) will also be present.
